For more than three decades, Nightfall have stood as a shining pillar for Greek metal.

David Vincent and Rune Eriksen stand tall amongst the demons of underground metal. But after banding together as VLTIMAS, these living legends are now reaching truly epic extremes. “…lives up to their reputation as extreme metal’s leading lights“, wrote Metal Hammer, who named EPIC one of the best albums of 2024.

Almost a decade has passed since Virvum caused an elemental shift in technical death metal with their brilliant debut. “One can only imagine what heights they’ll reach next”, Heavy Blog is Heavy wrote in a near perfect review of Illuminance. Now, as their long-awaited second album nears the finish line, the Swiss band are sharpening their shiny tentacles on a new journey.
