THY CATAFALQUE Release New Single Babylon

THY CATAFALQUE treads upon the path less traveled yet again, unveiling an intriguing twist in their latest creation with the release of a brand-new single Babylon. The avant-garde metal powerhouse, lead by Tamás Kátai, resurrects the energy of the classic Hungarian space rock band Omega. A track originally crafted in the ’80s, THY CATAFALQUE has spun the track in a new, fresh way.
“I had recorded the song years ago for fun in instrumental form but during the process of recording the next album the idea popped up to finish it with vocals and so we did. This track has nothing to do musically or lyrically with the upcoming album, please view it as a bonus song in between records.” reveals Kátai about his unique adaptation.
Later in 2024, THY CATAFALQUE will be releasing their next full-length studio album, details to follow at a later date.
