Nowhere Speaks descends into a dimension governed by its own silent logic, indifferent to the listener and unconcerned with offering entry. Where Vide (2021) withdrew into distortion-free minimalism sung in French, this record marks a full return to density and weight: recorded live in the studio after four years of preparation, it moves through pressure, resonance, and collision rather than narrative. The album opens exactly where Nothing But The Whole (2014) left off, resuming mid-riff from that record’s cult, abrupt ending, and closes by looping back to its opening riff, completing a cycle between the two records that has occupied longtime fans for over a decade.

Arrangements across the record are shaped by Simon L. (guitars), Dea Hydra (synths), and Laye Louhenapessy (drums), alongside founding members Jérémie Bezier and Olivier J.L.W., who wrote and composed the album.
