Norway’s black metal legends MAYHEM have returned! Extreme metal’s most infamous band will release their long-awaited new album on May 23rd (May 27th in North America). Entitled ‘Esoteric Warfare’, MAYHEM’s fifth full-length will be the follow-up to 2007’s critically acclaimed ‘Ordo Ad Chao’. ‘Esoteric Warfare’ will be preceded by the release of new single “Psywar” as a 7” vinyl on April 25th (April 29th in North America). Riding high from the success of their critically acclaimed album ‘The Great Mass’ and the recent reissues of their first four albums, Hellenic metallers SEPTICFLESH have completed the recordings of their upcoming full length, which title is yet to be unveiled. The new album will consist of 10 songs that were recorded once again at Devasoundz Studios Athens, Greece and in Prague, Czech Republic with the collaboration of the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir. It was mixed and mastered in Los Angeles by acclaimed producer Logan Mader (CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, FEAR FACTORY, GOJIRA).
