Genre-defying southern quintet KYLESA have announced a North American tour. The “Ultraviolet Summer 2013 Tour” will kick off on May 10th in Gainesville, FL, and end on June 22 in Savannah, GA. Portland’s ELITIST have officially changed their name to BASTARD FEAST. Taylor Robinson (guitar), Joshua Green (vocals), Nickolis Parks (drums), Justin Yaquinto (guitar), and Jesse Aspy (bass) are currently writing new material for a forthcoming release on Season of Mist.
Norwegian black metallers KOLDBRANN just released a video clip for “Drammen”, a song from new album ‘Vertigo’. The video is being premiered on Terrorizer.
French metal stars ETHS are proud to present their new vocalist, named Rachel Aspe. Rachel made her international debut on prime time television as part of “La France A Un Incroyable Talent” (the French equivalent/franchise of “America’s Got Talent”). Her death metal vocal styling stunned the judges and crowd before going viral and being seen by millions of people. The Chicago based quartet started off in 2007 and immediately received underground recognition. With the release of their fierce and utterly disturbing debut album in 2010, more accolades followed before the band embarked on an even stranger but no less frightening musical journey on a split EP with NACHTMYSTIUM the next year, which earned them international acclaim.
