As the bills for the 2010 summer festivals are now all confirmed, we are happy and proud to let you know that many Season of Mist bands will perform at several of those. Here’s an overview of your summer schedule!

In next autumn, Swedish black kings WATAIN will hit the road for over a month, to spread their lawless darkness over Europe! The 28-gig tour will take the band through 14 different countries and is scheduled as follows:
After 17 years, the wait is finally over… Atheist are set to enter LedBelly recording studios in Atlanta, GA on July 5th to lay the tracks down on their long-awaited, yet untitled, fourth studio album! Engineering the recording session will be Matt Washburn. Additionally, the band have secured the services of one of metal’s most significant talents of the past decade, Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, CHIMAIRA, DEVILDRIVER and many others), to handle the mixing of what promises to be a modern classic from the pioneers of technical metal.

After the success of last year’s “Fuck God – Disease Process” album, Season of Mist is proud to continue their collaboration with French Black Metal act OTARGOS. The band’s fourth plague is entitled “No God, No Satan” and will hit the stores on next August 30th on the Underground Activists division.
In an official statement to American fans before the band’s headlining appearance at this year’s Maryland Deathfest, WATAIN frontman E. warns of the carnage to come: “We are leaving for the US in a few hours from now, armed to the teeth and ready to murder. The Watain performance at Maryland Deathfest shall be a triumphant holocaust of all that is holy, and a massive celebration of the gods of Lawless Darkness! Be prepared…”
CYNIC’s EP “Re-Traced”, made of four re-interpretations of songs from 2008’s “Traced in Air” and a previously unreleased track, hit the stores last May 18th.
As announced last month, MAR DE GRISES’ next album will be released on Season of Mist. We can now reveal that the Chilean doomsters’ third monolith will be entitled “Streams Inwards”, and it is slated for an August 30th release.
“Estrangement”, the last dark gem from DRUDKH’s back catalogue, will be reissued on June 28th. Here is the brand new exclusive artwork designed for the carefully restored re-release of the Ukrainian pagan black heroes’ sixth album.
KLONE’s new album “Black Days” is now out in the whole Europe and in Australia! To help you wait until the band’s next tour in September, you can get a foretaste of the new songs performed in concert by checking a live version of “The Spell Is Cast”, a number from “Black Days”.

Black kings WATAIN’s single CD “Reaping Death”, exclusively distributed in Sweden via Sweden Rock Magazine, got certified gold by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry on April 21st! Season of Mist congratulate the band and the magazine for having sold 10000 discs in two weeks.
Belgian razorgrind act LENG TCH’E’s fifth album will be available on May 24th. You can now download a full song from “Hypomanic”, entitled “Wirehead Imbeciles”.

Season of Mist just signed the first South American band of the label’s history! We are happy to welcome Chile’s MAR DE GRISES to the roster. The band’s third full-length album should be released later this year.
