Hot on the wheels of new EP “Carbon-Based Anatomy”, Progressive legend CYNIC will embark on a headlining European tour for most of December with opening acts CHIMSPANNER and HYPNOSE.
French modern metallers ETHS have been confirmed to take part in Ouï FM’s Bring The Noise festival, which will take place on November 29th, December 4th and December 9th at the Petit Bain in Paris. Other bands on the bill are ANATHEMA, DRAGONFORCE, KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES, LOFOFORA, AQME, BUKOWSKI, LAZY WALL and BRANSON HOLLIS. With 2002’s “Cold Steel… for an Iron Age”, Black/Thrash metallers DESTRÖYER 666 continued their steep climb in the favour of fans and critics alike. The Australian warmongers were received with praise like “Hail and kill indeed” in a 9/10 review from Terrorizer or described like “Deströyer 666 offer the best of their Black/Thrash know-how, refined with the usual Australian vice” in Rock Hard FR (8/10). With time its impact even grew as Encyclopaedia Metallum now awards this album a 100% review twice, while saying: “Cold Steel is pretty much a perfect album. It is fast, intense, and aggressive and most of all, incredibly infectious”!

SAINT VITUS is guitarist Dave Chandler, drummer Henry Vasquez, bassist Mark Adams and seminal vocalist Scott “Wino” Weinrich, who recorded his first album with the band in over 20 years!

Far from being just revamped versions of the seminal extreme metal band’s newest songs, this collection will present the work of 39 artists from the electro / industrial, techno and club scene.
Season of Mist just inked a deal with all-star band TWILIGHT OF THE GODS! Initially joining forces as a tribute band to BATHORY, singer Alan Averill (PRIMORDIAL), guitarists Rune Eriksen (AVA INFERI, AURA NOIR) and Patrik Lindgren (THYRFING), bassist Frode Glesnes (EINHERJER) and drummer Nick Barker (LOCK UP) recently started to write their own material, which should end up on a full-length album some time next year.
In support of his debut full-length album “In the Flesh” released earlier this year, Egyptian-born, New York-based visual and conceptual artist Nader Sadek has announced the details of his first ever live appearance in support of the album, taking place November 20th at Santos Party House for FREE in New York City.
